We are a commercial and technical company specializing in the development and manufacturing of innovative technological equipment for the engineering and automotive industries, including operational fillings, as well as the development of products for the processing of PUR foams, especially in the automotive industry, and consulting in these areas.

Since 2005, the portfolio in the fields of chemistry, PUR foam technology, separators, pastes, and special applications has significantly expanded. This brought the idea of establishing a separate company and in 2007, alongside LUBRICANT s.r.o., a sister company HIGHLUB s.r.o. was founded. HIGHLUB s.r.o., has established itself in the fields of PUR foams, adhesives, special chemicals, and unique technological equipment for a wide range of industries.

The cooperation between LUBRICANT s.r.o. and HIGHLUB s.r.o. provides our customers with comprehensive and professional solutions for a wide range of applications.

In 2017, an important milestone is reached. The product range increased to include unique technological equipment, tailored to the needs of customers, designed for the purpose of ultrafiltration, regeneration, and disposal of working solutions based on water, solvents or alcohols, as well as special solvent, alcohol or water degreasing lines and accessories for wire drawing technologies with patented dies, including drawing powders.

Our customers therefore gain considerable economic and environmental benefits, such as significantly extended lifetime of the process cartridges and a substantial reduction in waste production.

We have years of experience in the development of PUR foams and related products.

2018 marked a breakthrough year for the PUR technology sector, as HIGHLUB s.r.o. built a specialized testing and development laboratory, the only one of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. It is an in-house laboratory with a complete PUR production technology, which provides customers with maximum support by creating new product recipes to meet their requirements and in particular testing new products in full operation. The optimization of recipes and technological processes is conducted in our laboratory thus avoiding any disruption of the customer’s production.

We produce polyurethane black paste, our own adhesive designed specifically for the bonding of PUR, instant adhesives which can be modified according to the requirements of the customer, and we also offer special varnishes for PUR including application systems.

Our customers thus always receive a product tailored to their individual needs. We offer in-house development of the product, its optimization, and full testing for standard production deployment into the customer’s PUR production line.

With demonstration facilities, our customers may test some of our unique technologies directly on their premises.
